Getting started
Three photos — front, left, right — in even light, and one spoken sentence of about two seconds. A phone is fine. Sunglasses, hats and heavy backlight are not.
About two minutes for the face, thirty seconds for the voice. You will get an email when it is ready if you close the tab.
Render time depends on length and settings. You can leave the tab open or come back when the job finishes.
Common ratios include 9:16, 1:1, 4:5 and 16:9. Exact max resolution follows your plan in the studio.
Your twin
Only if they complete the consent flow themselves — a live recording of a phrase generated at that moment. There is no way around this and support cannot unlock it.
You can keep more than one twin on paid plans. Retiring a twin frees the slot after the deletion window closes.
Re-clone with sharper source photos and even light on both sides of the face. Avoid strong side light in the source set — it bakes a shadow the model then tries to reproduce at every angle.
Twin settings, Delete twin. It leaves live systems immediately and encrypted backups within 30 days, and you get a written confirmation. Videos already rendered stay in your library unless you delete them too.
Twenty-nine, with your own voice timbre. Lip sync is re-rendered per language rather than dubbed over the original mouth shapes.
Credits and billing
A 30-second talking head is 40 credits, a product ad with b-roll is 90, a 60-second listing tour is 140, a series episode is 420. The exact price shows before you hit generate.
Monthly credits roll over for one cycle. Purchased packs never expire while your plan is active.
It refunds automatically. If the render technically succeeded but is unusable, support will credit the first two each month.
Within 14 days of your first payment, if you have spent fewer than 500 credits. Full terms are in the Terms of service.
Rights and safety
You do, on every paid plan, including commercial use. Free-plan output is for evaluation only.
Whether you must disclose AI-generated content in the caption depends on the platform and your jurisdiction — many ad platforms require it.
